1. Eligibility for Return

- Missing item(s) from the package
To request a return, customers must notify us within 10 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement processing.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Product must remain unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, labels, seals, manuals, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
- Product must not be physically damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Product must not be installed, opened, or altered unless the issue is related to manufacturing defects
GARI-IMPORT.com.bd reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving replacement or refund requests.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are generally non-returnable:
- Opened or used engine oils and lubricants
- Installed electrical or electronic products
- Special-order or customer-requested products
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Clearance, promotional, or discounted products (unless defective)
4. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method
- Delivery or courier charges may not be refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins
- Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation and may instead follow the return process
6. Home Delivery Policy
We provide home delivery service anywhere in Bangladesh. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier availability, and product stock status.
Customers are requested to inspect packages upon receiving products and immediately report visible damages or missing items.
